Matt Kendall is the founder of the Consciousness Project, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people learn to be more aware and less reactive. Matt is also a contributor to the Consciousness Project website, the blog, Consciousness Project.org, and the Consciousness Project Twitter page.
Matt used to run Consciousness Project as a hobby, but as it’s grown he’s been able to use it as a way to help people find themselves. His main blog post, “Are You Ready for Consciousness?,” talks about the difference between self-awareness and being “in the flow.” The former is a personal experience, while the latter is a state of being.
Matt has become famous for his recent blog posts, The Consciousness Project. Some of his most recent posts are his “You Are Not Your Mind” post, Why Your Memory Is Broken and Why You Are Not Your Mind. These are just two of his recent posts that are all about being in the flow.
Matt is probably best known for his work on the Consciousness Project. This is a project that has been around for some time, but that he and his team started in 2010. The Consciousness Project is a website that allows people to share their personal experience of being in the flow. It has become a big part of the modern consciousness movement, as people share with each other their own experiences of being in the flow.
One of the posts Matt publishes is a stream of consciousness he calls “Kendall.” His post is a very short and sweet little speech about the flow. You can read it here.
The post begins, “I’ve recently turned 40. I am at the point where I have no clue what the hell I’m doing. I don’t know what I’m doing.” It goes on to discuss the flow, and how there’s no right or wrong time to be in it. It’s not about getting in a flow, but the feeling that it can be difficult to get out of.
The word “flow” is often used to describe a state of mental state or state of being. The word might mean, “To become confused, disordered, and disoriented in one’s mind, or to go in a flow.” The post starts with the statement, “Ive recently turned 40…” but then continues on to talk about how it makes you feel, when you are in the flow.
Flow is a state of being that is experienced by people who have been consistently moving through a particular activity without rest, and is characterized by a feeling of exhilaration, a sense of well being, a sense of control, and a sense of accomplishment. Flow is also a state of being that occurs in the moment when one is consciously doing something that is difficult or tedious. This can be hard to describe in words, but it is a state of being that is experienced by many people.
At its essence, Flow is like a marathon, or a race. A race is an activity carried out in a relaxed and comfortable manner. A marathon is an activity where one carries out a very difficult task in a relaxed state and then is forced to be on their best behavior throughout the activity.
The term flow is more of a concept than a physical state, so people can experience it in a variety of ways. One of my favorite examples is when I’m having a conversation with someone and I’m thinking about all the things I can say to make them feel better, but I also feel all the things I could say to make them feel worse.
